Here it is with 1) the horizon line made parallel to the top of the frame. 2) the sky darkened a bit and saturation added to bring out the colors that were there... and 3) light and contrast added to the focal point.
This is not to do special effects and manipulate the picture in an unnatural way but rather to bring out the "vision" Grecia had as she stood at the shore looking out. Pressing the camera shutter button is always just the beginning of a shot. 99 times out of 100 a little editing helps the artist express what they were feeling more fully.

I did edit both of those shots. But I do have to admit that Professor Nevins versions do look btter than mine
